I’ve spent my life helping people do things they once thought they couldn’t.

​

I’m a coach, TV presenter and swim teacher, and for years I’ve been teaching, guiding and encouraging people to discover what’s possible for them.

​

Along the way, I’ve learned something that’s at the heart of the way I coach:

You don’t always need more information.

Sometimes you simply need space to see what’s already there.

Space to think differently.

Space to listen to yourself.

Space to let go of what’s been holding you back.

And space to create something new.

That’s why I created The Vault.

The Vault is for anyone who feels ready for something more — whether that's a new direction in your life, a business idea, a creative project, a personal shift, or simply a feeling that you're ready to create differently.

You don't need to have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to explore what's possible.

🌟 Do I need to have a specific goal or vision?

​

No.

​

You might arrive with a very clear vision, or you might simply know that something needs to change.

​

The Vault gives you space to explore what's calling you and discover what you really want to create.

​

🔥 What happens during the sessions?

​

Each session is live on Zoom and lasts 90 minutes.

​

We'll explore a theme, open up the conversation and work with what's actually happening for you. There is space for reflection, coaching, questions, breakthroughs and individual exploration within the group.

This isn't about sitting quietly and listening to a teaching for 90 minutes. You're part of the experience.

🌙 Is The Vault coaching, a course or a mastermind?

​

It's a little different from all three.

​

The Vault is a small transformational group experience, combining coaching, conversation, reflection and creation.

​

There isn't a set formula for what you have to achieve. The work responds to what's alive for the people in the room.

​

✨ What if I've never done anything like this before?

​

That's absolutely fine.

​

You don't need coaching experience, personal-development experience or any particular knowledge to join The Vault.

​

Just come as you are, with curiosity and a willingness to explore.

🌕 When do we meet live inside The Vault?

​

The Vault begins Monday 19th October.

​

We meet live on Zoom at:

9.00 UK | 10.00 CET | 19.00 AEDT

​

There are five 90-minute live sessions, followed by a Bonus Completion Session — “Supercharge Your Creations.”

​

Completion Session:  Monday November

​

All sessions are live and designed to be experienced together.

​

⚡ Do I need to attend every session live?

​

There is no pressure to attend every session.

​

The Vault is designed to be experienced live, and there are no replays. This is intentional.

​

Each session is an opportunity to step into The Vault together, explore what's alive for you, share your vision and be supported by the energy of the group.

​

If you can't make a particular session, simply join us for the ones you can.

​

You won't be left behind — but you will miss that particular live experience.

💫 How many people are in each Vault?

​

The Vault is intentionally kept intimate so there is space for everyone to be seen, heard and supported.

​

It's not about being one person in a huge online group. Your participation matters.

​

🌱 What if I don't know what I want yet?

​

That's okay.

​

You don't need to arrive with a five-year plan.

​

Sometimes the first step is simply creating enough space to hear yourself again. The Vault can help you uncover what you really want before you work out exactly how to get there.
